Prior notification for the demolition of existing conservatory and erection of single storey extension with flat roof and roof lantern .

Prior Notification for the proposed demolition of summer lounge, boot room and conservatory.

Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension will be flat roof. The existing conservatory will be removed which is 3 x 3m. The new extension will be 6m depth 2.4 high. I have attached drawings and photos. All new building will be the same materials as bungalow.

Prior notification to deconstruct current conservatory and replace with ground floor rear extension measuring 4.6m beyond the original rear wall, at a maximum height of 3.5m, and measuring 2.8m at the eaves.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Single storey brick built extension to replace existing dilapidated single skin brick built conservatory, to an extent of 5m beyond original back wall. Existing structure extent 2.6m beyond original back wall, looking to extend a further 2.4m beyond existing structure.

Prior Notification Householder - The applicants wish to demolish an existing conservatory at the rear of their dwelling and replace it with a single storey extension to be finished in brick matching that of the house. They propose to fit a pyramid-style rooflight to provide controllable natural light for the extension.

Prior notification for a ground floor rear conservatory measuring 6m from beyond the original rear wall, at a maximum height of 3.42m, and measuring 2.94m at the eaves.
