The original wooden lintel across front of building is failing and causing structural issues, Hoping to build brick section to LHS of door providing support for new steel lintels. 2 - Alter existing rear single storey extension consisting of conservatory and multiple small rooms constructed of single skin brick walls, replacing with one large room with lower pitch roof and large rear French doors and skylights constructed to modern regulations.
