Removal of existing extension and conservatory from the farmhouse and the construction of a single storey lean-to extension. Removal of numerous agricultural sheds and outbuildings and the construction of a stable block consisting of seven stables, tie up area and yard, together with double garage, salt room and solarium.

Demolish existing conservatory, shed and stable, erect single storey extension with rooflight to rear, erect single storey outbuilding containing plant room, store, gym and garden room, installation of outdoor swimming pool and various other alterations including new first floor window to existing bedroom.
