Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a proposed use or development for the confirmation that planning permission 20/00838/FUL for the demolition of existing private livery stables and construction of a detached one and a half storey dwelling can be lawfully carried out as permitted development, following the discharge of pre-commencement conditions 4, 5 & 9, on 8th August 2023, under application reference 20/00838/COND/1, and completing a material operation on site, thus implementing the permission on 10th August 2023.

Application to certify that the demolition of the existing buildings on site, subject to discharge of all pre-commencement conditions under 20/03034/FUL and all pre-commencement planning obligations in the associated section 106 agreement dated 25 March 2022. would constitute a commencement of lawful development.
