Details required by Conditions 3 (materials), 4 (cycle facility), 5 (ecology) and 7 (biodiversity enhancements) of planning permission 22/01514/VAR for a Variation (under Section 73) of condition 1 (approved plans) to substitute those plans approved under 21/02151/FULL for construction of x2 new dwellings, x1 timber shed ,x2 bin store and x2 cycle stand with associated parking and landscaping and widening of existing dropped kerb following demolition of existing elements.

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) and 4 (Obscure Glazing) of planning permission reference 23/0777/HSE dated 09/05/2023 for 'Part single, part two storey side and rear extension following demolition of the existing garage and shed. Roof extension involving side dormer window and 5 no. side and 1no. front and rear facing rooflight.' Variation to include raising window sills, addition of window to front elevation, and changes to wording of Condition 4 to read 'Before the building hereby permitted is first occupied the proposed window(s) at first floor level, and dormer on the side elevation facing No. 45 Sunnyfield shall be glazed with obscure glass only to 1.7 metres above the floor of the room, above which can be clear glass and shall be permenantly retained as such thereafter and shall be permanetly fixed shut with only a fanlight opening.' Amendments to planning permission dated 20 March 2020 (RN 19/08785/FULL) for the variation of condition 22 of planning permission dated 16 November 2018 (RN: 18/07079/FULL) which itself varied condition 17(i) of planning permission dated 12 December 2017 (RN 17/08082/FULL) for use of the ground floor and basement of no. 6 Catherine Street as a restaurant (use class A3), together with associated elevational changes at ground floor level (No. 6 Catherine Street); creation of a new opening between no. 6 Catherine Street and Vinegar Yard; enclosure of the rear part of Vinegar Yard; demolition of a redundant generator shed in Vinegar Yard; installation of exterior plant equipment on the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and Vinegar Yard; and the creation of a publically-accessible terrace on the Theatre Royal at the corner of Russell Street and Catherine Street. Application for removal or variation of a condition following grant of planning permission- 222873 (dated 20/10/2022) for the Householder application for the proposed erection of a single storey front extension to form porch, part two storey, part single storey side/rear extension to create habitable accommodation following the demolition of existing shed and garage. Condition 2 refers to Approved plans and the proposed variation is to replace the single storey side extension flat roof to a pitched/hipped roof.

Application to vary condition 4 of planning consent 222419 for the proposed change of use of land to mixed residential and commercial use, erection of an outbuilding to be used as a hairdressing salon, plus demolition of existing shed (part retrospective).
