Lawful Development Certificate Proposed: Demolition of an existing uPVC conservatory and construction of a new brick-built single-storey 'orangery' type extension. New building work will be completely within the curtilage of the property and only partially visible from the estate access road due to the presence of a retained boundary fence line. The proposal has previously been endorsed by means of a Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) from Tonbridge & Malling BC, but a new application for a new LDC is requested due to the overall plan dimensions of the proposed extension requiring minor amendment due to site conditions

Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for the proposed construction of front porch, alterations to existing window and door openings, insertion of new window and door openings, insertion of roof windows to rear roof slope, hardstanding and boundary fencing, and removal of lean-to extension from rear elevation.
