Construction of 2 no. new garages to serve flats, as 2 no. few garages were constructed when the development was orginally built. Replacement of profiled cement roof sheets to garages and stores and repalcement with high performance felt and removal of dwarf brick parapet wallto perimter of front of garages. Replacement of existing metal up and over garage door with new metal units. Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission 21/00304/FUL for demolition of existing garage block and construction of a two storey block of four flats, with associated parking, cycle and refuse storage, and landscaping. Increase in ridge height of the building and provision of bedroom accommodation in the roofspace with rooflights. Minor internal and external changes.
