BS 5502-Class 2. 30x12m proposed mono-pitch with a total height of 7.8m and eaves height of 5.2m. Pre-cast concrete panels at base of building to 1.8m high, with open Yorkshire boarding to eaves. Southern aspect of building open for 4/5 6m bays with eastern most bay enclosed with cladding as above. Building will be constructed to standards able to accept solar panel array on roof. Hardstanding: Included proposal for recycled aggregate hardstanding between unclassified road Butchers Lane and building to facilitate access in winter months, shown on plans alongside building, constructed of recycled concrete sub-base and recycled asphalt top, concrete apron to unclassified road to be included in access works.
