Prior Notification - Convert original old shop area into a new lounge/recreation room within original building structure ,as per other downstairs rooms already within the property. to remove front and rear access doors, and to brick up rear door as there is already an accessible rear door in the living accommodation, then to partially brick up front access door and to enlarge upper section to fit new opening window in keeping with windows already fitted to the property. To have electrical works carried out as necessary which will include, fuse boxes to be removed for petrol forecourt as the site is being decommissioned. 1 fuse board to be renewed and relocated to workshop area. Also to create opening into non load bearing stud partition wall to access original stair case , then to have the room rewired with extra power points, lighting, and switches as necessary. Also to extend original heating system into room for extra radiators as there is no heating at present.
