Details required by Condition 5 (Wall/Fencing Details) and Condition 6 (Landscaping) of planning permission 21/03696/VAR for a variation (under Section 73) of condition 20 (approved plans) to substitute those plans approved under 20/02976/FULL for the redevelopment of the former Thames Hospice to provide a retirement housing development of 41 dwellings comprising three x 2-storey terraced houses, two x 2-storey semi-detached houses, one x 2 storey apartment building, two 2.5-storey apartment blocks and one 3-storey apartment block with associated parking, landscaping and refuse store following demolition of the existing building.

Section 73A application for the variation of conditions no. 15 and no. 17 of planning approval H/2014/0163 (for the erection of fourteen unit retirement village, access road, entrance and enclosure details) to allow for the provision of sheds within each plot and privacy screen/fencing between plots, provision of 1.8m high and 1.05m high brick walls to side boundaries of plots 1 & 14, omission of landscaping 'Pod A' and replacement with 2no. additional car parking bays adjacent to plot 1, and provision of footpath to rear of plots 5 - 9 (part-retrospective application)
