Remodelling of existing dwelling: Proposed loft conversion; forming bedroom, office and ensuite, internal 1st floor alterations; forming new master bedroom, ensuite and dressing, internal GF alterations and front single storey extension; forming new kitchen, dining, sitting, utility, WC and front porch.

Proposed conversion and alteration of existing dwelling house (Class C3) and office (Class E) to create 1 dwellinghouse (Class C3) and 1 apartment (Class C3) through the conversion of the office / associated space to residential, remodelling of external elevation through the change of single existing external door into two external doors.
