Details pursuant to ref: 18/04864/FUL: Construction Management Plan (3), surfacing materials (5), boundary treatments (6), external materials (7), cycle parking (8), waste management facilities (9), landscaping (10), Bat Survey (11), biodiversity enhancements (17), for the demolition of the former Coach house and erection of terrace of 4 x 2 bed single family dwellings with amenity space together with part demolition and renovation of Cemetery house to provide Offices at ground and first floor level involving lowering and extension to existing basement, single storey rear extension with internal terraces, rear dormers with rooflights, replacement windows and alterations to existing lightwells and creation of an additional lightwell together with the construction of new hardstanding with garages ,car parking spaces, installation of fencing, new site access to south boundary and access gates for pedestrians and vehicles.

Renovation of external office building façade including brickwork, cladding trims and rainwater goods. Replacement of windows to all facades.
