Proposed development of the site including, internal and external alterations of Listed House building and conversion of lodges fronting Westbury Park; demolition of buildings and the erection of new buildings to provide an integrated Retirement Community (Class C2) for older people; together with landscaping, car parking, refuse and other associated works (major).

Non material amendment to planning permission 21/04079/MAF to inlude changes to the wording of the agreed description of development and to the wording of an associated planning condition (condition 2) ref Demolition of existing building and redevelopment of site comprising construction of one 3-storey 70-bed care home (Use Class C2) and one 3-storey 42-apartment retirement living scheme (Use Class C3), alterations to means of access, 60 car parking spaces and landscaping.

Non-Material Amendment to allow for a reduction in number of apartments from 61 to 55, internal layout changes and minor external alterations of planning permission 21/02251/FULMAJ - Development of Retirement Apartments with care (Use Class C2) including the demolition of existing buildings, formation of new vehicular access, parking, retaining structures, hardstanding, sewer diversion, erection of substation, refuse and maintenance stores, with associated works to trees, landscaping, formation of communal facilities and amenity space.

Variation to conditions 2 (plans) to planning permission 18/P/4846/FUL (redevelopment of the site to form a retirement living plus (Extra Care) development of 54 units (C2 Use), a children's nursery and associated parking, landscaping. New vehicular and pedestrian access from Kenn Road) to allow for alterations to floor plans resulting in a revision to number units from 54 to 57; alterations to external elevations, second floor, elevation 1 - windows added at second floor; Units 39, 43 and 57 opening amended to allow door opening and juliette balcony, 2 windows added to Unit 43, second floor, elevation 2 - dormer design amended, elevation 3 - gable roof revised, elevation 4 - roof design revised, new juliette added.
