Lawful Development Certificate for a construction of a new single storey extension of increased footprint. Infill of existing front entrance porch, timber framed door, extend existing roof between two front bay windows to create an entrance canopy. External thermal insulation and rendered finish to part of the side elevations and rear elevation. (Retrospective)
