Consisting of 2x Mature Sycamore shown as T1 & T2, located close to the boundary line, with considerable overhang to property and garden area of no.64. Reduce overhanging laterals to reduce overextended limbs of Sycamore tree by 4.5M. Remove or carry our end-weight reduction to lower limbs in close proximity to house roof line, to provide suitable crown clearance from roofline of property block. To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

Remove a dead hawthorn tree that partially collapsed into nearby trees and is overhanging the rear garden of 5 Briar Mead. In addition clear over hanging branches up to 2.5 metres from ground level that are overhanging the fence line to allow the installation of a new boundary fence and to protect the roof of the garden shed that sits underneath the trees as the felt is being ripped and damaged.

T2, Indian Chestnut - Reduce limb to the Southwest growing towards the Lime, by approx 3.0m of lateral growth; remove elders from basal area. T45, Sycamore - Reduce regrowth where squirrel damage is compromising structural integrity; remove moderate and major deadwood; maintain statutory clearance over the tow path. G5, 8 x Yew, Hazel - Maintain statutory height clearance of 2.5m over the tow path; remove moderate and major deadwood over the tow path; remove cluster of hazel in the corner of the chain-link & wooden fence. T43, Sycamore - Remove major and moderate deadwood from over the footpath. T42, Sycamore - Remove major and moderate deadwood. G6, Laurel, Yew - Prune to maintain a clearance of approx. 1.0m from the fence where possible; this will not include whole tree removal unless stems are less than 75mm in diameter; maintain statutory height clearance over public footpath. T47, Sycamore - Remove some lower understory laurels to achieve a clearance of approx. 2.0m from the base of the tree. T3, Sycamore - Remove sycamore and identified laurel stem.

Tree number 4 on RA report - Sycamore Base 30 cm from out-building and stem 20 centimetres from roof. High growth potential and likely to cause damage in the future, but currently not causing obvious damage, and removal at this stage is not clearly required. Low branches in contact with roof. No defects seen. Recommendation - Remove low branches in contact with roof Tree number 5 On RA report Ash Slender stem with pronounced lean from competition with Tree 4. In contact with fence. Short retention span. No sign of ash die-back disease. Recommendation - Remove
