T1 - Crimson Maple - crown lift to 3m from ground level by under pruning and not removing any major branches. G1 - Row of conifer - fell to ground level, all suffering from lack of water and light. T2+T3 - Yew - sever ivy, crown lift to 3m from ground level and clear crown over garage roof by up to 1.5m. G2 - Yew Hedge - crown lift over pavement to 2.5m from ground level

Conversion of garage to habitable space. Construction of part single, part two storey front extension to include new porch and front entrance. Construction of lower ground, part ground and part first floor rear extension following demolition of existing garden room. Alterations to fenestration and removal of chimney stack.

T1 Chestnut - Reduce overextending leader by up to 2.5 metres, reduce remaining laterals by up to 2 metres to maintain shape. Crown lift over driveway and footpath to approximately 3 metres from ground level, crown lift 5.5m over highway. Sever Ivy. T2 Oak - Multi stemmed Oak adjacent to T1, removal of major deadwood throughout. Crown lift 2.5m over footpath and 5.5m over highway. Reduce laterals extending towards garage roof to give 1.5 metres clearance. T4 Chestnut - Crown lift to approximately 5 - 6 metres by removing epicormic growth up to first primary laterals. Reduce laterals growing over garage by up to 2 metres to maintain clearance. Reduce laterals extending towards chimney by up to 2 metres to maintain clearance. Reduce laterals extending towards neighbouring property by up to 2 metres. Reduce remaining overextending limbs by up to 2.5 metres to maintain an overall aesthetically pleasing and well balanced crown. Remove major deadwood throughout crown. T5 Chestnut - In decline with significant cavity near base. Reduce in height to just above first main union above bird box, utilising a MEWP.

T1 Cedar : Lift 3 x lowest limbs over drive. T2 Acer in front lawn : Reshape Crown. T3 Cherry in neighbours garden side of garage, cut back crown 2 metres off garage roof.

T1 Conifer- Crown lift by approximately 2m. Reason: To clear garage roof. T2-3 Conifer- Section fell both trees to as close to ground level as possible. Reason: These trees have outgrown this space and have just become too big.

T5 English Oak- Remove 4/5 lower branches reducing the lower sideways spread and assist with lifting the crown. Reduce the overall crown/ spread by approx 1.5 metres to allow light to the house and help avoid damage to the property. Remove a number of small branches to clear the telephone cable that runs through the west side of the tree and is being constantly damaged. Reason: The result of this last few years growth is that it now touches / rubs the house and garage roof. It also blocks much of the light to our upstairs bedroom.

Crown Lift (to 5m above the car park), Lateral reduction (to north towards no.21 by 1m and retaining 4m radial branch spread), Crown Lift (to 5.5m above Waterside) and Crown Lift (to 2m above garage roof) of 1no. Sycamore Tree (T4) within Tree Preservation Order 86/2008.
