Alterations to existing planning permission ref: 17/00155/FULHH - Two storey rear extension, pitched garage roof, porch and shed (Changes include alterations to windows and roof of porch and garage conversion)

Erection of single storey rear extension, to include habitable accommodation in loft space following demolition of existing shed. Alterations to roof to include hip to gable conversion and addition of roof lights. Erection of new pitched roof over existing porch, changes to fenestration and internal alterations.

Single storey rear extension. Conversion of garage into habitable space including insertion of side access door, 2 rooflights to flat roof and raising of garage parapet wall. 1no rooflight to flat section of main roof.
