Variation of condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission CA//18/02515/LB for the Application for listed building consent for external and internal alterations involving reinstatement of thatched barn to allow conversion into dwelling, reinstatement of Oast and barn to allow conversion into dwelling; together with remedial works to granary shed and farmhouse; to allow internal alterations, addition of 3 rooflights, replacement of dormer with rooflight, addition of timber cladding, removal of render panels and alterations to fenestration to the Oast/Stable building and construction alterations, rooflights to rear slope, alterations to windows and doors and additional windows and doors to the Thatched Barn.
