Discharge of Conditions no.3 (demolition and construction management plan), no.4 (tree protection), no.5 (external materials), no.6 (surface water drainage) and no.7 (ecological enhancement plan) pursuant to planning permission (ref:21/01881/FUL) for demolition of existing detached bungalow and shed, garage reduction and erection of a four bedroom detached dwelling with one bedroom annex and associated works.

(T1) Horse Chestnut - crown lift away from building by 1 meter and over footpath by 1 meter to maintain this tree in its current location. (T2) Sycamore - remove lowest lateral over bungalow to remove the risk of failure. (T3) Yew - reduce middle and lower crown over bike shed and patio by 1.5 meters to maintain this tree in its current location and allow refurbishment of bike sheds. (T4) Lime - reduce back from building to give a 2 meter clearance to maintain this tree in its current location.

T1 & T2 - Lombardy Poplars - Tree to be removed. Large lombardys have caused damage to boundary fencing, and they are in close proximity to a new proposed building and also existing neighbours sheds. T3 - Sycamore - crown raise and prune back lateral growth from over the neighbouring bungalow leaving a balanced crown T4 & T5 Sycamores - Remove trees 4 new trees to be planted - 2 Ginkgo's approximately 2.5 metres and 2 Liquidambar's approximately 3 metres
