Works to trees within A2 of TPO T2/10 (1977), specifically tree cutting to allow route to be cleared along the side of Holcombe Road between nos. 269 and 247 to enable new cabling to run between 2 BT telecoms poles.

Works to trees within G1 of TPO T2/63 (1991), specifically cutting of trees to create access to two BT telecoms poles and clear a new overhead route for cabling.

Trees T1, T3, T4 & T5 - Crown Lift to achieve a maximum clearance over the garden area and/or parking spaces of 3metres between the branch tips and the surrounding surface. No pruning wounds greater than 80mm in diameter to be generated as a result of the works. Crown Reduce tree canopies on the adjacent building sides only to achieve a maximum clearance of 2metres between the branch tips and the adjacent building structure. No pruning wounds greater than 80mm in diameter to be generated as a result of the works. Additional - Tree T1 Silver Pendant Lime - Prune back branches to create 2m of clearance from the telecoms cables. Tree T2 Silver Pendant Lime - Crown lift to a height of 3m to provide clearance over the car parking area. Tree T3 Copper Beech - Remove broken branch from lower crown. Tree T6 Copper Beech - Crown lift over the stable building and shed to provide 2m of clearance between the branch tips and the adjacent building structure - No pruning wounds greater than 80mm in diameter to be generated as a result of the works.

Light tree pruning required to create 0.5m circumference line of sight from Openreach telecoms pole DP331 to 112 Corton Road to allow CityFibre to install new fibre cabling to the property.

T1 Beech - Prune to clear roofs of adjacent buildings by 1m and telecoms line by 500mm T2 Beech - Prune epicormic growth to clear roof of adjacent building by 1m T12 Beech - Install non-invasive braces (8T ?cobra?) between three codominant stems at two thirds height between unions and top of the crown. Reduce primary branches with included bark by up to 2m

Removal of existing 22m high replica tree telecommunications mast and installation of replacement lattice tower mast (25m high) with relocation of existing antennas and additional antennas and dishes, mast on concrete base, with associated ancillary equipment at ground level.
