Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of approved application 19/00504/FUL granted 21.11.2019 for: Conversion of redundant agricultural building to form 2 new dwellings and annexe to be used as ancillary accommodation to the existing dwelling The Old Hyde and construction of detached workshop building. Variation would allow for: Addition of weatherboard infill to north elevation of the carport. Increase depth of the south elevation slot window to 800mm & additional rooflight on North facing roof pitch.
