Reduction in first floor window size on the rear elevation and introduction of glass screen to provide guarding from falls. Reduction in eaves height on the rear gables. Reduction of main flat roof height to sit below main ridges. Lowering of profiles zinc eaves and adjustment of its projection to accommodate structural elements.
