Amendments to planning permission dated 23 December 2022 (RN: 22/05428/FULL) for 'Two-storey extension including roof-level plant along the Bressenden Place façade to provide a new office entrance pavilion (Class E), the provision of Class E office / retail accommodation, remodelling of the crown of Portland House and creation of a setback rooftop extension to provide office amenity (Class E) and an outdoor terrace, reconfiguration of the second floor plant accommodation fronting Cardinal Place, relocation of the zephyr on Bressenden Place, provision of cycle parking, public realm and associated works including window replacement and the application of a new façade treatment', NAMELY to enable the removal of specified louvres, relocation of the generator, façade updates at ground floor level, installation of safety balustrading, relocation of the consented UKPN access, creation of a separate ground floor access for the crown amenity space and installation of additional sliding doors at Level 30.

Partial demolition of front facade and of rear facade, outdoor seating terraces and part of rear basement to 59 West Street. Rear extensions and refurbishment to 59 West Street, including to ground, first, second, third and fourth floor levels and addition of new fifth floor level to provide office accommodation (Class E) with replacement of existing West Street facade, new independent main entrance from Boyces Street, new entrance courtyard, waste management and recycling facilities to serve both uses, secure cycle parking and plantrooms. Retention and rear extension of ground and basement floors of 59 West Street as public house/nightclub (Sui Generis). Works include remodelling of internal layout and new window openings to rear of flats 1 and 3 within 60 West Street.

Refurbishment of all rooms to stairs M, N, O and P including thermal upgrade internally. Replace existing timber windows and glazed louvres with timber composite argon filled triple glazed windows including localised adaptation of some existing openings. First floor extension over existing single storey rear, with single storey side extension and front bay window with canopy over, internal remodelling and dropped kerb.

Two storey rear extension, change of use of garage to create habitable accommodation, extension to front porch, remodelling of roof and installation on PV solar panels, with various alterations including additions and changes to fenestration and cladding.

To establish the lawfulness of a garage conversion into additional living space with an en-suite and new window in place of the garage door also associated internal remodelling works with changes to fenestration.

Amendment to planning permission dated 13th February 2023 (RN 22/08253/FULL) for the remodelling of roof to provide third floor level, extension to sub-basement, replacement conservatory and associated fenestration and facade changes. Installation of plant within the roofspace with louvres on the rear elevation and installation of PV panels at main roof level. (Site includes 31 Hay's Mews) NAMELY, amendment of the trigger of condition 15 from pre-commencement, to pre-basement excavation work.
