Erection of new B2/B8 building with associated offices, erection of new silos, production area conveyor, process hall, process tower, process turret, new intake/outload building, gatehouse and weighbridge, enclosed pallet storage area, covered service area, new pellet silo, pellet press building, filter enclosure, bulk outload building extension and grinding building. Car parking provision, new accesses onto Windsor Road, service yard area, plant equipment and all ancillary works.

Demolition of storage shed, change of use from retail premises to 2 no. residential flats, with construction of single storey rear and rear dormer extensions along with external access stair to side and associated development (including refuse and cycle storage).

Change of use from single dwelling (C3) to boarding house (C2) to serve Burgess Hill School for Girls. Demolition of existing shed with single storey extensions to both sides of the property and decking area to rear. Conversion of loft to create second floor within roof space with new roof lights. Amended plans received 10.02.2021 showing changes to fenestration, roof lights and roof form of single storey extensions.
