Change of use from a children's centre to part of main school, with general refurbishment to existing youth centre including: Ramp with retained wall to rear elevation; new fire escape added to rear elevation; gravel board fencing added to perimeter of site; 5 square metre shed; repainting and new partitions added throughout; lintels added where needed; office space converted into classroom.
