T1 Sycamore at front of Flat 28 - Reduce back encroachment from No. 28 and No. 30 to walkway wall line by approximately 1.5-1.8m of branch length. Rear of car park and pedestrian footpath. End of the car park trees need to be trimmed back as it is imposing on the block of flats next door as the overgrowing the walkways. All trees at rear of car park will be considerably reduced to bring them back behind boundary lines. T1: 14m willow is growing from the rear boundary of 15 Avon Road. Branches are touching the flats and hanging low across the lawn making mowing difficult. G1. Consisting Of three London Plane trees along the roadside to the front of the mentioned block of flats. Reduce the lateral branches that face the block, back to suitable growth points before the front boundary line with the footpath. A reduction of 2-4m laterally. Due to loss of light on to the front of the property.

The tree is a Copper Beech situated in the small communal garden at the front of the block of flat known as 18 Tower Road. The LPA already has clear details of location of the tree - TPO RE458. The tree is approximately 9m high and its branches are growing above the height of the block of flats which results in twigs and leaves falling onto the roof of the building which in turn causes problems with the roof and blocked gutters. The branches also provide rodents and squirrels with potential access to the roof and the building. The branches growing towards the building are now touching the building, blocking out light, and blocking gutters with leaves and twigs. The branches growing towards the public highway are now growing beyond the property boundary and over the public footpath. The tree is realistically only visible to a maximum of 5 - 7 households and as Tower Road is a quiet suburban road it viewed by very little highway traffic. Proposed works:- 1. Reduce the height of the tree by 2 m so that it is no higher than the beginning of the roof of the building; 2. Cut back the branches growing towards the building by 60 cms; and 3. Cut back the branches growing over the public highway so that they do not extend beyond the hedge bordering the property.

Island in pond: 1 x Willow - Pollard to previous pruning points. Small Willow on side of bank - Fell to ground level. Willow (by bridge) - Reduce and shape crown by 2m leaving 4m. Rear boundary area: Various Hollies - Reduce height by approx. 4m. Line of Leylandii in front of Mitsubishi garage - Reduce height by approx. 4m and cut back on Alders side. Oak (by stream) - Cut back lateral spread growing towards flats by 2m and remove trunk growth. Scots Pine - Remove low limb and reduce crown overhanging neighbours garden by approx. 2m leaving 3m, and remove deadwood. Small Ash (leaning over road) - Fell to ground level. T1 1 x Yew tree (Taxus Baccata) belonging to Hyacinth Apartments, this tree is in decline and is rubbing against the building of Woodside Villa to remove 2 lowest branches back to source and to crown lift away from building to give a minimum clearance of approximately 2 meters.
