The tree is 3rd along from the front boundary of 12 Sackville Street/1 The Spinney (4 trees in total). I have highlighted through photographs the area that needs cutting back. The tree is a horse chestnut that has one part that is overhanging the property of 12 Sackville Street and has caused damage to the conservatory roof by way of falling conkers. The conservatory roof needs replacing but before this is done we need to take back the branch that is overhanging and causing the problem.

T41 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the crown by 20% and reduce one branch by 3 meters that is extending over the roof at No.5. Direction of branch is North facing. T40 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 13 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove a couple of branches that are crossing the boundary to neighbouring houses at no.3 and no.8. Branches are South facing. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 10.5 metres above ground level. T38 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. Branch is East facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level. T39 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%, remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. This branch is East facing. Also remove one branch which is over the boundary into neighbours garden at no.3, this branch is North facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level.

1 - Remove epicormic regrowth from trunk of one English Oak (Quercus robor) up to canopy break at 7m to clear garage. This work is historic. 2 - Prune back neighbours Hazel, Laurel, Sweet Chestnut and Douglas fir to the boundary fence and up to 8m and clear roof and conservatory by 3m. Lift low branches to 4m from ground level from one small Copper Beech and small multi stemmed Holm Oaks near clients hot tub. 3a - Fell to 100mm above ground level one Laurel leaning into garden at base of the mature Copper Beech (Fagus sylvatica 'Atropurpurea). 3b - Carefully remove as much root bole as possible, without causing damage to surrounding objects tree roots etc, by stump grinding to a depth of 150mm below ground level, no lateral roots will be removed unless specified. 4a - Fell to 100mm above ground level one Mountain Ash (Sorbus aucuparia) in front of children's play equipment to allow the area to be redeveloped. 4b - Remove as much root bole as possible, without causing damage to surrounding objects by stump grinding to a depth of 200mm below ground level, no lateral roots will be removed unless specified, all grindings to be left on site. Chestnut (T2)- Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Canopy spread is large and conkers dropping from the branches have caused damage to conservatory roof (photos attached). Also crack to garage floor which is believed to be from roots of trees. Sycamore (T1) - Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Overhanging drive.
