Remove a dead hawthorn tree that partially collapsed into nearby trees and is overhanging the rear garden of 5 Briar Mead. In addition clear over hanging branches up to 2.5 metres from ground level that are overhanging the fence line to allow the installation of a new boundary fence and to protect the roof of the garden shed that sits underneath the trees as the felt is being ripped and damaged.

1. Ash tree (on boundary fence) - Remove one substantial limb and two smaller side lateral limbs overhanging greenhouse and shed before any damage is caused. Work to be carried out by Cederdale. T1 Oak - Reduce lateral spread towards both buildings by up to 3 meters and the height by up to 2 meters to reshape and rebalance the overall crown. Removal of major deadwood throughout. T2 Beech - Removal of small lowest lateral growing over the driveway to the main stem. Tip prune other low laterals as necessary over the driveway to clear the BT line by 2 m T3 Conifer - Removal of the dead section in the upper crown. T4 Scots Pine - A self-set, asymmetric tree growing in close proximity to the boundary fence and shed. Fell to ground level.

Area 1) rear field behind woodland. all tree's along fence line to be crown lifted to to 4.5m to re-instate Grazing for livestock and all boundary hedges to be trimmed back to boundary. T2 - (Rear Garden of 65 adjacent to shed) - Fir - Fell - concern regarding slenderness due to high H/D ratio, limited amenity and impact on crown form of more valuable adjacent sycamore tree. G3 - Yew x 5 (Rear garden of 65) prune to reduce height and width by up to 1 metre. T4 - Horse Chestnut (Front garden of 63 Richmond Road, overhanging boundary of 65) - Reduce overhang over 65 to from a naturalist canopy edge, by no more than 3 metres from the furthest distal tip of the leggy branch extending over 65.

APPROVAL REQUIRED ONLY FOR T2 Ash (T1) - To section fell mature Ash tree the has died due to Ash Dieback located on the left hand side boundary. Lime (T2) - To crown reduce mature Lime tree located closest the house by approximately 4.0m. Yew (T3) - Cost to lift mature Yew tree located by the shed to give 4.0m ground clearance. Beech (T4) - To crown reduce mature Beech tree located by the house by 2.0m and remove all Ivy.

T4. Sycamore (on right hand side of garden, on boundary, picket fence has been erected with a gap to accommodate buttress roots) Much of crown overhanging adjacent property. Crown lift to clear sheds giving 4m ground clearance, remove major dead wood and inspect union at 3m. T9. Ash (close to rear left hand corner of garden, 5.5m from rear boundary wall.
