Lift crowns by 2m and reduce by 3 metres and decrease width crowns by 2 metres all round as these trees have not been managed and are now too large for this small plot between bungalows x 1 Norway Maple (T6) x 1 Silver Birch (T7), x 1 Chestnut (T8), x 1 Sycamore (T9), x 1 Norway Maple (T10) and partial removal of large branches on left side leader due to proximity to telephone wires x 1 Norway Maple (T6)

TPO application to crown reduce T1, Holm Oak tree, currently 16m tall with 9m crown spread. Reduce in height by 2.5m and 2m radially. Reduce stem adjacent to bungalow to just above the Woodpecker hole, leaving this in situ.

T1 -Beech at front of drive (highlighted orange on the attached map): crown lift to 4m over neighbouring drive reduce 2-3m laterally over drive. T2 and T3 - Weeping Willows on riverbank: Reduce to previous pollard points at 10m. T4 -Willow at far end of garden reduce back sufficiently. T5 -Ash at far left of garden by riverbank (the limb highlighted yellow on the attached map): remove lowest branch from main stem remove minor stem to junction with main stem at 50cm remove dead branch at 5m. T6 -Single-stemmed Sycamore close to corner of decking at rear of garden: sectional fell close to ground level and remove from site. T7 - Norway Maple by summerhouse: remove low broken branch. T9 - Lift the crowns of the ash and Sycamore trees to two metres above the roofline of the bungalow.

T1 - Horse Chestnut - Remove smaller epicormic growth up to main branch unions, Remove low overhanging branch northeast side that extends towards bungalow at Welland Rise, Remove all major deadwood, reduce crown height by approx 3-m to suitable growth points, reduce crown spread by 2-3m to suitable growth points Reduce end weight in primary branch extending towards the south

804 Lime 20m - Remove deadwood and to raise the canopy up to 4m. 805 Horse Chestnut 18m - Raise crown to 4m. 806 Lime 22m - Remove two drooping boughs at 5m from G/L which are extending over the roof of the Post Office. Thin the eastern canopy of the tree to remove approx 20% of the canopy growth. 807 Lime 22m - Reduce the large western lateral boughs at approx 16m by 3.5-4.0m to realign with the upper crown. Remove deadwood. 808 Horse Chestnut 20m - Raise canopy to 4m. 811 Lime 22m - Raise canopy to 4m. All western trees from 804-811 to have extended limbs reduced back into the main canopy to re-optimize wind distribution on the crowns whilst reducing the risk of wind shearing onto the bungalow.

Reduce lowest northern limb (to give a 2m clearance from the bungalow roof) and crown thin by 15-20% on 1 no. Scots Pine tree (quoted as T1, TPO nos. T25) and fell 1 no. Blue Cedar tree (quoted as T2, TPO nos. T26) subject to CC/55/00130/TPO.

Magnolia grandiflora - T1 - Crown reduction by 1.5m to protect rear neighbours bungalow as over hanging boundary.

1-7 - Remove 7 Leyandii close to and around Bungalow see pictures attached 8 - Pin Oak Reduce by 2-3m and Reshape

5 Day Notice - Fell Tree due to large limb (25% of canopy) has failed and smashed through a boundary fence and slid down the neighbours bungalow wall.
