T13 (Acer pseudoplatanus) - LOCATION: Sanctuary Garden, St Johns Wood Barracks: Laterally cut back its south-eastern crown aspect that overhangs the riding school building, back to a point whereby there is a 1.5m lateral separation from the south-easternmost extent of its crown in relation to the nearest portion of the riding school. No consent required G14 (3no. Prunus laurocerasus) - LOCATION: 10 Queen's Grove: Laterally cut back all overhanging crown elements back to the boundary line that separates the site (i.e., St Johns Wood Barracks) from the adjacent rear garden within which these 3no. laurels are located. (Works to T13, G14, T15, T16, G100, and T101 are to facilitate the erection of a scaffold framework with Monarflex type sheeting around the riding school to facilitate repair works. Works to T18 and T19 are to facilitate the construction of a new boundary treatment that requires a greater clearance from ground level than the trees currently have. Some roots of the TPO trees could be affected by the erection of replacement fencing. TPO sought to cover any damage caused by the works taking place.

Remedial prune to weeping willow to south T14 T15 T16 T17 T18 T19 T20 T21 to remove broken branches only and minor crown reduction prior to erection of scaffolding for trees to the west T6, T7, T8, T11, T12, T13 for trees with crowns potentially extending over line of temporary scaffolding

T1 Elder - fell (this tree straddles the boundary between 31and 32 High Street and has reached a height of about 7.5m. It is too close to 32 and is also preventing erection of a boundary fence between the two properties) T2 Cherry - reduce by 1.5 metres to achieve overall height of 5.5.metres smaller branches are interfering with the overhead telephone cables.

2 Horse Chestnuts reduce overhanging branches from neighbouring property by 2-3.5 metres to facilitate erection of scaffolding and allow clearance for new building.

1 x bay: cut back from property to allow for scaffold erection, reducing branches by around 1.5m, not cutting any branches over 30 mm in diameter. Reduce remainder of crown by around 1m on all aspects.

Tree works T16-T25 . Reduction of <40mm diameter branching by a realistic <1m, back to suitable secondary growth points. To facilitate Scaffold erection. Works are de minimis for the purposes of s.211.
