Application for works to a protected tree - Chorley BC TPO 9 (Mawdesley) 2009: T1 Oak - Fell to facilitate the construction of the new SEN extension

The proposal is to extend the rear of the property with a single storey extension extruding 2m from the existing building line, across the width of the property. The single storey extension is proposed to be 2m in depth and spanning the width of the northern elevation, excluding the garage area. To allow this development to proceed, there will not be a requirement to remove any trees. The project is to be built under the Certificate of Lawfulness (Permitted development) and the supporting report is to demonstrate how this can be achieved whilst maintaining the tree root system and minimizing the impact during construction.

T1 Japanese Maple - Fell To allow construction of new wall and terrace adjacent to new extension. T2 Japanese maple and T3 Beech - Fell To allow for construction of new boundary wall and rebuilding of raised bed, subject to separate planning application; PP- 08616604.
