(T1) Pine tree - Work requested is to completely fell the tree to ground due to serious mechanical faults in the trunk that could bring about total collapse of the upper part of the tree which is in range of the dwelling house if it was to collapse in that direction (TPO3/1987).

G1X6 Oak trees- Crown lift 5.2m to clear the dwelling and structures and allow light underneath the canopy. Reduction of lateral overhang by 2-3 metres and to leave a crown outwards from the tree's main stem. Crown thin by 20-30% to allow light and sunlight to filter through onto the home and garden area. Mixed hedgerow- Which is Holly Hawthorn and Hazel- reduction of 50% to leave a 2m high hedge, but retaining its natural appearance to allow light into the garden area.

TPO 03/1986 [86/00003/TPO] T.1 Walnut - Remove due to dying back and very poor species & T.2 Sycamore - Reduce top by appx 3-4m and side by appx 2-3m due to being over extended and over the neighbours house. Alot of shade to all the houses around the tree. Granted Proposals 1: T.1 Walnut - Crown clean, by removing all dead branches and monitor future health & vigour & T.2 Sycamore - Reduce over extended apical growth on SW side of upper crown by 'drop crotching' to a suitable secondary growing point, raise the crown to achieve a height equal to the gutter height of the adjacent dwelling at 1377 Lincoln Road, thin the remaining crown evenly throughout by removing small crossing branches, as directed on site and crown clean. Refused Proposals 2: T.1 Walnut - Remove & T.2 Sycamore - Reduce top by approximately 3-4m and side by approximately 2-3m due to being over extended and over the neighbours house.

T1 Sycamore - Fell to ground level T2 Horse Chestnut - Prune/ crown lift branches which is in close proximity to the garage by 2.5 metres to the North Western elevation to create a crown clearance of 3 metres. Prune the southeastern elevation by 2.5 metres to create a 2.5m clearance from the main house but only the branches in close proximity to the dwelling.

T2 Horse Chestnut - reduce lowest limb 2m above boundary line to raise canopy as above driveway to new house being built. T6 Sycamore - remove 2 lowest branches above driveway T7, T8, T9 Limes - reduce spread on south side only to create a 2m clearance to an above the adjacent proposed dwelling. Remove dead branch

Removal of one branch overhanging the neighbouring property. Crown lift to three metres, cutting back of branches to give 3m clearance of the dwelling house and crown reduction by 2-3m (these reductions to be maintained for a period of ten years) of an Oak tree protected by Tree Preservation Order No 55

Monterey Cypress T1: remove raised planter around Cypress tree and remove all roots of 3cm diameter and less. Remove roots under block paving that have a diameter of 3cm or less. Reason: displacement of block paving due to root and damage to raised planter around base of tree and as a consequence of planter being removed and soil level being returned to original level, see photo. T2 and T3 Silver Birch: reduce canopy encroachment over dwelling to create clearance of 3ft T6 Beech: reduce canopy encroachment over dwelling and adjacent property to create clearance of 3ft from house and encroachment over adjacent garden. T4 Birch: reduce the overhang to the public path, cutting back to the boundary wall. Reason: general tree management, encroachment over dwelling and highway.

T7 Ash - Inontus hispidus (bracket Fungus) on Main trunk. Fell. T8 - Ash tree to side / rear of 11 Merretts Orchard. With in falling distance of Public footpath, bridge, garden, summer house and main dwelling. previously high pollard . Major deadwood within crown. Major basal decay. Possible Armillaria (honey fungus). Fell to ground. replace with English oak in hedge row
