The tree is at the entry to our home and is in a lane very close to houses and flats and is in danger of falling. I'm wanting to remove the Tree asap as the tree is dead so it is at high risk of falling on a property or a person and want to act asap.

AMENDED SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2 Rear of Flats by Parking Bay number 11, T1 - Wellingtonia - Reduction of secondary limbs from the lowest limb overhanging parking bay number 11 to the edge of kerb line by a reduction of up to approximately 1.5 metres of the branch length, retaining young furnishing growth. Carry out climbing inspection and remove any broken or hung up branches. All items include removal of arising debris leaving site clean and tidy. The tree is located to the side of Churchill House adjacent to the car park area. Reduction of secondary growth from the low dominant limb to reduce the extent of the encroachment from the Parking Bay No11. To reduce the extent of foliage falling on to the vehicles which use this parking bay. To reduce the extent of Bird Mess on the vehicle.

Large Conifer at corner of the house. At the rear, near steps up to flats 3, 4 and 5. Roots have caused damage at bottom of the steps and concern for further damage. HAR/CA15, TPO#: 18N, TPO#: 19N.

Two dead trees in danger of falling. Possibly subject of a Tree Preservation Order. Both trees are at the road side of Sandgate House. It is not intended to plant new trees as they would be too close to the building line and the flats have suffered from subsidence through trees in the past.
