T1: leylandii: remove including stump, tree is too large for space it is in and client wishes to re landscape garden. T3: Italian cypress: remove including stump. tree is too big for area it is in and will be in the way of garden re landscape. T4:leylandii: remove including stump, tree is growing too close to summer house. T5: goat willow: reduce by 2.5m to suitable growth points to maintain as a manageable tree.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 10/10 - The tree is a Lime tree which is a large mature tree with dense juvenile basal growth, it has a relatively large secondary stem and 5 smaller secondary stems. There is some damage to lower limbs overhanging the driveway and informal parking area beneath the canopy of this tree.The owners of 14 Derwent way would like the removal of this tree for a number of reasons: Firstly its appearance, it is of poor shape and has a lot of Basel growth. Secondly It is relatively close to the house and casts shade over their front garden. Thirdly, The tree drops a lot of twigs and branched onto their parking area / drive and therefore their cars. Finally, they wish to landscape their front garden and create more parking and turning space for vehicles, this tree prevents that development.

Bigger driveway to be installed and re plant with another hardwood on boundary. G.3 - Sycamores - Crown Lift to provide 6 metres clearance from ground level G.4 - Holly group - Fell trees to allow more light and re landscape area and make more room for established Monkey Puzzle. Grind stump/s below ground level and re plant area with more suitable trees.

T1 - Sycamore - To reduce the canopy all round by an overall total of 20 percent and thin epicormic growth. The tree is encroaching onto the house and is shading out the garden. Landscaping work is being done to the garden so want to reduce the impact of the tree.

T1 Conifer to fell to ground level and remove all arisings (due to close proximity to house and to allow more light to rear of house). T2 Conifer to fell to ground level and remove all arisings (to re design front garden with new landscape project). T3 Sycamore to fell to ground level and remove all arisings (to re design front garden with new landscape project).

T.1 Yew - Crown reduce tree height by 2M and sides by .5M to allow more light to house and rear garden. Crown lift tree 1M above pathway and highway. T.2 Conifer x5 - Fell 5 Conifer trees to ground level. Trees was kept as a hedge previously but are now beyond cutting to retain hedge again. T1- Horse chestnut, to reduce to Monolith, 2 large rot pockets clearly visible, ranging from 50cm in length, 15cm in width and 30cm in depth. We are planning on reducing this Horse Chestnut to a monolith to allow for wildlife to interact, a new lease of life and to keep the aesthetic look. T2- Horse chestnut, to reduce to Monolith, clearly visible fungi spreading progressively over the course of 6 weeks. T3- Horse chestnut, to reduce to Monolith, large rot area at base, ranging from 190cm in length, 60cm in width and 15cm in depth. T5- Reduce over extended Cherry Tree to a monolith, concerns on the stability due to dieback on old cuts causing possible structural damage. Our landscaping team has plans to replant 4-6 meter Horse chestnut trees to keep the drive way alive. We have plans to plant a 4-6 meter Holm Oak next to T-1 under the home owners instruction. I have no sketch plans for you at this present time as they are ongoing plans and the landscape team feel there may be some issues with ground works, thus altering any sketch plans to date.
