Statement of Work: T1 Sycamore - To carefully section fell as close to ground level as possible and to poison stump with appropriate use of herbicide (eco plugs) to prevent regrowth. Medium tree in the front garden growing close to the house with much potential for future growth and therefore damage. Cracks and movement of the retaining wall adjacent to the basement windows already in evidence.

1. Pine near house - remove 2 limbs, shorten one close to house by 2m 2. 5 Limes re-pollard by 4M 3. Holly hedge - Reduce height to previous pruning points and trim by 4m 4. Quince - fell / nominal grind to beneath ground level 5. Variegated Holly to side of kitchen window - reduce height by 0.5m and prune to clear window by 2m 6. Hawthorn x2 - Reduce height by appx 2m and tidy sides by 0.5m 7. Damson/ Plum house side of Field Maple on drive - Fell & treat 8. 4 x Limes on left hand side of house - pleach by removing growth by upto 2m 9. 1x Lime on corner reduce to previous pruning points by removing 2m of growth 10. T1 is a evergreen oak we want to reduce by 2.5 meters the reason for this is the tree is getting to big next to the house ( starting to cover the windows on the rear of the house )

T1 - Oak - Fell tree leaving stump as close to ground level as practicable. This tree is located in rear garden of 34 Coppice Road. The house has been extended at some point in the past and the gable end is now located around 2m away from trunk, in turn the canopy is heavily hanging over roof of property interfering with tiles gutters and window. The new home owner is concerned about the amount of deadwood falling from canopy and landing on roof and rear patio, due to their being small children in property this issue is of great concern. Home owner is also concerned about the possibility of subsidence due to proximity to property footings, the building process will have damaged the root plate T2 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell tree leaving stump as close to ground level as practicable. This tree is located at the side of 34 Coppice Road within rear garden. This tree is heavily suppressed on the back side and the majority of growth hangs over the road. Customer has asked for the tree to possibly be cut back / crown lifted over road to allow room for bin lorry's / fire engines. Due to the poor form of tree and heavy lean i feel the tree will not be suited for long term retention. Customer is willing to re plant a more suited species away from property and road also.

Mature oak TPO 340 - pruning / trimming works by upto 1m to offer clearance from house windows and street light.

T2. Yew -reduce to clear phone line by 0.5m-1m, reduce back to clear side of house only by 1 metre, remove ivy at base. T4. Black Pine - remove sections of dead ivy and major dead wood. T8. Plum - (multi-stemmed and dying) - fell to low stumps at 0.5m T12. Holly - fell (previously maintained as a screen to front windows, now overhanging low wall and partially blocking public footpath. T14 Horse Chestnut - clear phone line by 1 - 1.5 m and crown thin by 15 - 20% ro reduce wind resistance and risk of failure

Two adjacent Yew trees require Partial Crown Reduction by 3-4 Meters. The trees are very close to the house and shade light from ground floor window, plan and photo available.

T1 London Plane - Remove deadwood and diseased branches. Reduce branch facing south east in mid crown by approx 3m to previous pruning points. Raise low crown over clients garden to provide a 5m above ground clearance. SUBJECT TO TPO 2560 (24.6.2013) G3 Lawson Cypress on front right boundary closest to house - Reduce height to level of upper window ledge, by reducing height by approx 8m leaving a finalised height of 7m. T1 - Purple Maple (Front of House) - Fell. Tree is very large and too close to house (High Gables). Tree roots are undermining existing driveway. The size and position restricts light to front windows of house. 2. T3 - Willow (Rear of House) - Fell. This tree is too close to existing weeping willow tree (T4). Trees are very close together so we would like to remove the smaller willow to encourage the growth of T4.
