Reduce overhanging laterals to reduce overextended limbs of Sycamore tree by 4.5M. Remove or carry our end-weight reduction to lower limbs in close proximity to house roof line, to provide suitable crown clearance from roofline of property block. To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

Remove a dead hawthorn tree that partially collapsed into nearby trees and is overhanging the rear garden of 5 Briar Mead. In addition clear over hanging branches up to 2.5 metres from ground level that are overhanging the fence line to allow the installation of a new boundary fence and to protect the roof of the garden shed that sits underneath the trees as the felt is being ripped and damaged.

Application for tree felling of Silver Birch tree in rear garden of 3 Macdonald Road, Lightwater. Silver Birch tree has grown too large for the garden space with it now hanging over number 5?s house, it reaches the fence line to 3A and is almost touching our house. The roots of the tree have raised the ground with some exposed roots making it a trip hazard or it could cause serious injury should someone fall onto the exposed roots. We have a 1 year old who cannot go in the garden due to the trip hazard and falling branches, it is too dangerous for him to play in the garden. The branches on the tree often fall, some are large which are a danger to us as well as would cause damage to cars parked behind our garden fence. The branches hang over our next door neighbours house. The branches touch their roof, if a branch was to fall this would cause extensive damage to their house. The Silver Birch is in the shadow of a large Lime tree which blocks large amounts of light causing the condition of the tree to have diminished which as a result causes the branches to die and fall. Silver Birch trees are known for their high pollen count, our 1 year old son has clear signs of hayfever, often rubbing his eyes, sneezing, running and itchy nose, we have attended the doctors who have said it is likely to be hayfever however they cannot diagnose it as he is too young. It would not be fair or right to let him continue to suffer until he is old enough to be diagnosed when he clearly suffers. We are not against having a tree and would plant another tree in its place which is thinner and has no or low pollen. The type of tree that we would propose in its place is an Acer tree or Liquid Amber tree. The Silver Birch has become very dangerous and causing our son health issues so we request to remove the tree and replace it with a tree which will not be a hazard to people, to buildings as well as to reduce the allergies affecting our son. Oak tree 1833 - 01/01080/HDC - the north side of the tree will be reduced by 2m back towards the boundary fence but not crossing it. the tree will be shaped as it previously was by SRA tree services, the tree is currently with in 1m of the roof of 22 greenhaven and blocking light. The re shaping of the tree will eliminate the risk of it becoming in contact with the pitch roof of 22 greenhaven.

S1 Ash - Remove stem leaning directly over the boundary fence line from the neighbours at 45 degrees from the base up to around 4m. See marked photos S2 Oak - Remove limb to branch collar. Extending approximately 8m horizontally. W1 - Reduce radial spread and general drip line, of mixed deciduous mostly comprising of Oak and Sycamore by 3m max. At the gable end, remove up to 5m to enable clearance of roof overhang and excessive encroachment. Reductions would not be greater than a quarter of length, removing end loading only up to 75mm diameter wound size, to appropriate forks and growing points.

T1 Silver Birch - Located behind back fence in a shared driveway in Woodstock Place-Reduce tree height 1-1.5m. It is about 30ft in height and has branches that over hang and fall in our garden. Reason: Damaging our shed roof and falling on trampoline. It is also blocking the sunlight to our garden and will have an impact on the solar panels that we have now had fitted.
