To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

T1 cedar Reduce over extending branches over the roof of the house by around 1-2m T2 willow fell, leaning/fallen over and in very poor condition T3,4,5,6 conifers fell, outgrown their area and significantly effect light levels T7&8 conifers reduce in hight by around 1/4-1/3 (back to previous reduction points) to reduce risk of failure. TPO NUMBER 859 - Trees requires trimming back, tree is now too large, causing damage to a roof on a residents home; planned works are simply to trim the trees back to a reasonable degree in order to prevent further damage to the property.

Remove a dead hawthorn tree that partially collapsed into nearby trees and is overhanging the rear garden of 5 Briar Mead. In addition clear over hanging branches up to 2.5 metres from ground level that are overhanging the fence line to allow the installation of a new boundary fence and to protect the roof of the garden shed that sits underneath the trees as the felt is being ripped and damaged.

Works to a Tree with a TPO: Hand dig a trench on the perimeter of the proposed rear extension parallel to the existing house to understand the extend of roof growths and potential pruning that might be required during construction.
