Trees T1, T3, T4 & T5 - Crown Lift to achieve a maximum clearance over the garden area and/or parking spaces of 3metres between the branch tips and the surrounding surface. No pruning wounds greater than 80mm in diameter to be generated as a result of the works. Crown Reduce tree canopies on the adjacent building sides only to achieve a maximum clearance of 2metres between the branch tips and the adjacent building structure. Additional - Tree T1 Silver Pendant Lime - Prune back branches to create 2m of clearance from the telecoms cables. T1 Twin stemmed Maple - Fell to ground level. T2 Dead Sycamore - Fell as close to ground level as possible. T3 Oak - Reduce crown over stables by 2-3m to reduce overhang. T4 Beech in horse field - Fell due to hollow trunk . T5 Lime - Reshape, reducing targeted branches by 2-3m to rebalance crown and remove all deadwood. T6 Sycamore sapling - Reduce to 2-3m in height due to Squirrel damage . T7 Mixed (BT Line) - Clear BT line on both sides of front driveway, using MEWP. Reduce Ivy covered dying stem to a safe height. Hawthorn (x2) : reduce the weight at the top of both trees, to remove dead branches and to create a more stable and balanced shaped canopy. The overall reduction in height will be approx 0.5m.

T1 Horse Chestnut: Crown lift epicormic growth to 5m from ground level; Crown reduce secondary growth towards the dwelling to achieve a maximum space of 2m; Remove branch being damaged and causing damage by direct contact to stable roof.

May need to pollard some scaffold limbs to return crown to stable dimensions when regenerates. T104 Lime. Elongated wind exposed crown will be even more so following works to adjacent T104/105. Reduce height by 5m, radial width to balance. T105. Significant basal decay. Fell. Replace with elm or lime, 12/14cm girth, approx 3m height. Containerised standard. Location marked on sketch map. T107 Lime. Elongated wind exposed crown will be even more so following works to adjacent T104/105. Reduce height by 5m, radial width to balance. T124 Birch. Fell. Significant basal decay. Replace with Sorbus sp. 12/14cm girth, approx 3m, containerised. Standard tree. Similar location to felled tree. T125 Oak. Reduce height from approx 12 to 10m. Radial spread to n, s, e, w approx 8 to 6m. T127 Laburnum. Basal decay - Ganoderma bracket present. Remove dead, reduce crossing limbs to south approx 1.5m. reduce end weight remaining limbs by no more than 0.5-1m sufficient to retain tree safely.

T1 Crimson King Maple - Reduce overhanging branches on Stable Close side by 1.5m. Height Reduction of 1.5m.

T 2949 Sycamore overhanging garage prune 2m clearance from garage and stable roofs.

Tree Preservation Order application: T2 - Alder (TAG 891) - Reduce crown by 2-2.5 metres this will leave a spread of approx. 4 metres and height of 8 metres. Compacted Union, Stable at Time of inspection

Based on Simon Pryce report we would like to carry out the following works. WE are sad that these trees have to be removed but having had an oak tree collapse in the winds last January demolishing 5 stables and a hay store we do not want a repeat. We have planted more than 120 trees on our property in 2021.

T.P.O No.26 of 1990, T1 - T21 - Crown lift the lateral limbs to appropriate growth points up to 8 metres height along length of the field and woodland boundary including over the stables.
