Tree Nos. 968, 969 & 970 x3 Lime (Tillia cordata) - Crown reduce 3-3.5m back to previous points, crown thin, remove deadwood and crown lift to 3m over grass and 5m over highway. Tree No. 971 Holly (Ilex aquafolium) - Crown lift to 3m and remove epicormic growth. Tree No. 972 Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) - Crown lift to 3m over garden area only. Tree No. 974 Walnut (Juglans) - Clear 1m around base. Tree No. 975 Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) - Section fell to ground level and eco plug stump. Tree No. 977 Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) - Crown lift to 3m and remove 40mm stem over stream. Tree No. 978 Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) - Reduce lateral limbs towards dwelling by 2.5 - 3m and reduce height of 2 x Elder to 2m from ground level. Tree No. 979 Sycamore and Ash (Acer pseudoplatanus & Fraxinus excelsior) - Section fell to ground level and eco plug stumps. Tree No. 981 Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) - Section fell to ground level. Tree No 982 Alder (Alnus) - Crown reduce by 3m to suitable growth points, remove deadwood, carefully section fell saplings at base (hazel and elders) and sever ivy at 1m. Tree No. 983 Group of Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) - Reduce back lateral limbs over lawn area by 3-4m to suitable growth points, crown lift to 3m and remove smaller stems. Tree No. 986 Lime (Tillia cordata) - Crown lift to 5m, crown reduce by 3m to suitable growth points and remove deadwood. Tree No. 994 Lime (Tillia cordata) - Crown reduce by 2-3m to suitable growth points, crown lift to 3m, remove deadwood and remove basal epicormic growths. Tree Nos. 995, 996, 997, 998, 999 & 1000 x6 Lime (Tillia cordata) - Crown reduce by 3 - 3.5m to suitable growth points, remove deadwood and remove basal epicormic growth. x2 Ash trees within G7: T1 Ash rear of 21 Meadow Drive; Fell. Reason; tree has already lost a limb. It has stem rot at crown break which could lead to further limb failure. T2 Ash rear of 19 Meadow Drive; Pollard, in line with reduction carried out on branches overhanging adjacent dwellings. Reason; to prevent future branch failure.

TPO No. 10/1975: Tilia spp. (Lime) x 2 - Remove epicormic growth from main stem only, crown thin by up to 10% and height reduction of tree closest main dwelling by up to 2 metres.

t1- Beech tree to crown reduce back to previous points. before works tree is 15M tall and 12M wide after works 12M tall and 9M wide T2 - Beech tree to crown reduce back to previous points. before works tree is 12M tall and 6M wide after works 9Mtall and 4M wide both trees haven't been pruned in many years. now growing over the dwelling and neighbouring properties

2x Oaks :Reduce lower crowns growing towards dwellings to suitable growth points by approximately 1 metre. Lift crown to give 3 metre clearance over gardens and public footpath

T1 Horse Chestnut: Crown lift epicormic growth to 5m from ground level; Crown reduce secondary growth towards the dwelling to achieve a maximum space of 2m; Remove branch being damaged and causing damage by direct contact to stable roof.

TPO Application to fell one yew tree to ground level and grind the main rootball of the stump to a depth of up to 150mm below ground level. To mitigate the loss we propose to replace the tree with a new sapling to be approved at a distance no less than 7.5 metres from dwelling. Other works on sketch plan we believe do not fall within needing planning permission as are all post 1955. However these works would we believe require notification to Tree Officer.

T20 Oak - Remove deadwood 30mm, prune lateral spread to the northeast over the rear garden of 4 Myln Meadow by approximately 1.5 metres and prune lateral spread of lower limbs to the southwest over the rear garden of The Oaks by approximately 3 metres to create clearance from the rear elevation of the dwelling.Reason: To maintain the tree within its current location.
