T1 Oak tree at the front of driveway remove secondary limbs for BT wire. T2 Crab Apple reduce back from BT wire. T3 Silver Birch fell to ground level as the tree is far to close to property. T4 Silver Birch crown reduce around 2 metres as it is encroaching onto the windows and property. TPO 338W.

Crown reduce ash trees T1 and T2 by 1 - 2 metres to clear branches away from the building and window.

1 x sycamore: crown reduce height by approximately 2.5m, and prune sides by up to 1m to balance. Prune back from property to ensure 2.5m clearance. 1 x London plane: crown reduce to previous most recent reduction points, retaining furnishing growth where appropriate. Prune branches adjacent to property windows on south-east side of crown back by up to 0.5m beyond the previous reduction points to ensure clearance of 1.5m from property, pruning back to suitable growth points and shaping to form a natural, flowing canopy outline.

Wilow Tree - Trim Branch by 3 metres. Willow overhanging property, restricting light and view from kitchen window. Also pushing up through extractor fan.

1 x Mature Oak (applicabts ref. T1) - Crown thin by 25% approx, remove epicorrmic growth, lift low branches from the left hand side trunk to convenient growth points to create a window of light through to the garden, remove new growth at branch reduction and reduce at convenient growth points. Standing in Group G1 of Tree preservation Order. 1 x Mature Oak (applicants ref. T2) - Crown thin by 25% approx, remove epicorrmic growth, lift low branches by severing at either main trunk or from the main branch structure, shape tree as necessary. No all round reduction. Standing in Group G1 of Tree preservation Order.

Hawthorn - Cut back side branches from next door by 2m. Cotoneaster - Reduce height by 6m down to below the window and reduce sides by 3m

Group 1, 4x Silver Birch positioned along the front roadside. All three are overhanging on both sides, over public footpath and road on one side and over internal pathway and growing close to windows on inside. Crown reduction of 2-3m from the sides of the trees to reduce width back to hedge line on inside, and to lift lower canopy above pedestrian height on roadside footpath, and clear away from buildings. T7 Lime, in the rear parking area. Remove major deadwood and squirrel damaged branches to make safe above parked cars. Crown lift to 3m above ground level to give clearance to pedestrians and remove epicormic growth form the base of stem.

Statement of Work: T1 Sycamore - To carefully section fell as close to ground level as possible and to poison stump with appropriate use of herbicide (eco plugs) to prevent regrowth. Medium tree in the front garden growing close to the house with much potential for future growth and therefore damage. Cracks and movement of the retaining wall adjacent to the basement windows already in evidence.

We had the Oak tree trimmed earlier this year by our usual tree surgeon. However, the sap dripping from the tree as well as bird faeces dropping from the tree are causing significant damage and problems on our driveway and damaging the bodywork to our cars parked on the driveway. As a result my wife???s car valuation was reduced due to the damaged paintwork caused by the sap and faeces when we recently sold the vehicle. In addition, our neighbours have complained and our window cleaner has commented on the mess and damage that is being caused. We are therefore requesting that the tree is felled (by our usual qualified tree surgeon) or at the very least some form of robust pruning / pollarding to ensure all overhanging branches are cut back.
