Alterations and remodelling of existing farmhouse including demolition of existing two storey and single storey extensions on north and east elevations, erection of single storey garden room to south elevation, two storey extension with porch to east elevation, alterations and replacement windows/doors, roof and render and installation of solar panels to southern roof slope.
