Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of rear extension, front and rear dormer roof alterations and front porch (amendment to previous grant of planning permission 20/01257/HOUSE to increase the depth of the front and rear dormers).

Proposed amendment to front access steps to dwelling, replace garden fencing and gate (to the side set back from the front elevation of the dwelling house) with secure timber gates and timber fencing, alterations to existing converted basement and alterations to improve natural light and to provide improved external access.
