T1 - Ash in garden of Sherborne Farm House, fell to as near ground level as possible.

Fell various Grey Willow Trees as specified by Court Place Farm Allotment Association in the Marston Conservation Area

T1 - Remove Silver Birch due to high water table. T2 - Remove Bay Tree, the roots are affecting a neighbouring listed farm building.

1. Horse chestnut avenue - side prune lower canopies that overhang the road back to edge of road and to create clearance of 6m above ground level. Side prune lower canopies that overhang field to retain canopy spread towards field of no less than 3m and to create clearance of 6m above ground level. Reason being to allow access for farm equipment. Thin existing trees by felling selected poorest individuals to provide space for continued development of retained better individuals. No more than half of the existing trees to be removed and with the general aim to retain alternate trees in order to maintain the integrity of the tree lined avenue along the full length of the private drive. Replant with approx. equal numbers of hawthorn, yew and holly at a rate of at least 1 replacement for each tree removed with each to be planted within 3m of stumps of removed trees. Replacement trees will be planted within 12 months should any of the replacement trees die. 2. Leylandii hedge - fell to ground level and replace at same place with mixed native hedgerow using at least 6 woody species planted at 50cm centres in dual staggered rows 50cm apart. 3. Beech - reduce to 2m tall monolith due to colonisation by Meripilus fungus resulting in unacceptable level of risk of whole tree failure onto property or personal harm. Replant with oak or sweet chestnut within 5m of stump. Replacement will be planted within 12 months should the replacement tree die.

One large ash tree (Tree 1 on plan) One smaller sycamore tree (Tree 2 on Plan) One small ash tree (Tree 3 on Plan) All three trees have lower branches overhanging the road which are restricting access of some delivery and agricultural vehicles to the far end of Wood End, Little Horwood. These branches can be seen on Photographs 1 and 2. The proposed work involves removing the branches overhanging the road to a height of approx.4m.

Crown lift to a max 5.2m from ground level, crown thin to a maximum of 20% All works to BS3998.

T1 Ash tree - reduce lower lateral limbs on tree by 3-4 metres to suitable growing points and to reduce limbs that are growing towards the farm track by 3-4 metres to suitable growing points. This will help to stabilise limbs as there have been issues with limbs failing on the tree in the past. To leave the crown in tact and remove deadwood.

Removal of Conifer trees Reducing the height of two ash trees by half and pruning the branches that are restricting access to the farm track

Conservation Area Notification: To fell one lawson cypress tree and fell a group of six leylandii trees. To fell six Leylandii Conifers, originally planted as a hedge. The trees have overgrown the shared driveway to Brownings Farm, The Lindens and The Laurels. These will be replaced with mixed hedge hedging.

To be removed 3 SIlver Birch Trees - causing damage to number 1 and 2 properties Grove Farm Close. Not intending to replant as too close to houses
