The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

The large tree sits in an area of land behind the rear fence of 13 Walter road and behind the rear fence of nursery playground on Wilkinson primary School. The trunk of the tree falls in a narrow space between both boundary fences. The tree's branches are heavy and resident has raised concerns that they bearing weight on her summerhouse and could cause damage to the roof should they be left. The school have met with the resident and we proposed that removing the tree at the base would be the best option, as this would not allow the tree to cause any further issues.

T13 Norway Maple, major crown dieback tree declining - Dismantle to leave approximately 2m trunk to regenerate or provide habitat. T14 Goat Willow, hitting portacabin roof and snapped hanging branch - Prune to clear roof by approximately 1-2m and remove branch. T27 Horse Chestnut, branches hitting phone wires - Crown lift to give approximately 1m around phone wires. T28 Sweet Chestnut, branches hitting phone wires and deadwood in crown - Remove major deadwood and crown lift to give approximately 1m around phone wires

T1 - Fruit trees on neighbours (Court Lands) - Reduce branches to boundary fence. T2 - Maple - Crown thinning by 15%. T3 - Cypress - fell, T4 - Prunus - fell, T5 - Pine, Elm, Yew - fell. T6 - Conifer - lift branches overhanging outbuilding roof line allowing 1m clearance.

Notification of intention to remove 2 no. lowest laterals (10-15cm diameters) on the northern sector, reduce north sector to give a 2m gap from the adjacent garage roof and reduce east by 1m (back from wooden boundary fence line on the east side of the footpath) on 1 no. London Plane (T45). Reduce north sectors to give a 2m gap from the adjacent garage roof, crown lift by up to 3m (above ground level) and crown thin by 10% on 1 no. Lime tree (T62) and 1 no. Sorbus spp. tree (T63).

COTTINGHAM CONSERVATION AREA - Crown reduce 1 no. Sycamore tree (T1) by removing 1 no. stem closest to the wall and prune remaining overhang to provide 2 metres clearance from the roof; Side reduce 1 no. Ash tree (T2) by up to 2 metres over boundary fence

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area: Front Garden - T1 Willow Tree - Re-polllard to previous points approx 4m reduction. T6 Sycamore Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is rubbing on fence and will never be a specimen Tree as it struggles for light under the large Weeping Willow which has caused all the growth to be overhanging the Neighbours land. T7 Willow Tree - Reduce by 3-4m overall. Rear Garden - Left Hand Side T8 Apple Tree and T9 Conifer -Fell to ground level as poor specimens tall and thin and covered in Ivy. T10 Cherry Tree - Reduce by 3m overall - to control size of Tree and give good clearance to Village Hall. T11 Cherry Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is no specimen due to its location under the Larger Cherry Tree, it leans towards the Village Hall and is touching the roof, all growth is over the boundary line. T12 Cherry Tree Reduce by 3-3.5m overall, remove the lowest branch on the Village Hall side back to the trunk. Reduce to control size of Tree, remove branch as an obstruction on the Village Hall side for Vehicles etc. T13 5 Hazel Trees- Reduce to leave at 3m above ground level. T14 Apple Tree - Reduce by 3-4m - Tree has become too dominant in this area by the side of the Garage, reduce to control size and reduce liability risk of limb failure.
