We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

T1 Oak (Quercus robur)-Crown Reduction reduce height by up to (2-3m) and lateral spread on all sides by up to (2.5-3m), to finished crown T2 Apple (Malus sp) Crown Reduction reduce height by up to (2m) and lateral spread on all sides by up to (1m), to finished crown T3- Yew (Taxus baccata) Cut Back Prune back to boundary fence line by removing approximately 2-3m back to suitable branch/fork junction G1 Hedge reduce- Reduce height by approximately 3-4m (inline with height of ground floor of window) and trim remaining by 0.5m hard back as possible without losing green foliage cover T4 Crown Reduction reduce height by up to (1-2m) and lateral spread on all sides by up to (1-2m), back to suitable branch/fork junction

T1: Arbutus, rear garden - Reduce height by 1m to match top of obscure glazing on bathroom window. Light trim all over to contain size and back to boundary on rear. T2: Trachycappus, rear garden - Fell to 2ft stump.

T1 Bay - Reduce height to match with first floor windows top; reduce remainder to balance; lift lower branches to create a clear stem; T2 Holly x 2 - Fell to ground level and poison stumps; T3 Hedge - Trim hard to boundary; T4 Yew - Reduce height by 1-1.5m; trim overhanging branches into clients' garden by 2m.

A - Laburnum - This tree is planted close to the house (c 2 m) and overshadows the kitchen and dining room windows significantly. We are also concerned about the poisonous seeds and the many seedlings that it produces as we have a young grandchild and our neighbours also have young children. We had previously been given permission to prune this but have now decided that it is inappropriate in this location. B - Leylandii hedging belonging to 4 The Paddock, CB6 1TP. We propose to cut this outgrown hedge back to our property boundary. It overshadows our garden by about 3 m and greatly restrict what we can grow in its shade.

T2 Oak on rear boundary - Crown reduce height by 2.5m and average radial spread of tree by 3m. G3 Group of 1 Privet and 2 Thuja on front right boundary closest to house - Reduce height to level of upper window ledge, by reducing height by approx 8m leaving a finalised height of 7m.

5 Sycamore Trees, 2 Holly Trees emoval of trees due to excesssive shading to allow light to the windows of the property and to reinstate the boundary fence of our property. Trees will be felled and disposed of on our property. A boundary fence will be re-instated between the access to 8 craft Lane and our boundary.

Cut back to boundary sweet chestnut branch growing over neighbours roof. Overgrown boundary hedge consisting of mainly hazel, holly trees and one yew tree to be reduced down in line with the neighbours upstairs bathroom window. Both sides of this boundary hedge to also be trimmed in
