T1 Lime Tree Crown reduce by 12ft (4m.) 30% to protect overhead cables from damage. Beech (T1) - Crown lift of lower branches up to 6.5 meters high away from the neighbours property. Silver Birch (T3) - Reduce the top of the tree by approximately 5 meters due to it heavily leaning over the bungalow roof. Laurels (G1) - Thin out and coppice group of small Laurel trees by no more than 40% removing the smaller, leaning trees. This is to let more light in and make the back of the garden more accessible as well as allowing the more mature, straighter Laurel trees to have more room to grow.

We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

Bungalow 19 Willow - Fell. Bungalow 27 Oak tree - suffering from squirrel damage - remove dead wood and raise crown by up to 3.5m. Bungalow 32 Spruce and 2x Conifer - Fell. Bungalow 33 Conifer - Fell.

T1 - Remove Pine tree - All residents are worried about the location of the tree compared to their houses. Tree has a lean towards the bungalows and is also damaging the wall and block paving. T2 Remove Pine tree - Tree has extensive damage at the base with exposed heartwood and decay. T3 - Overall crown reduction on Horse Chesnut by 2-3M.

SOUTH CAVE EAST CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 1 no. Silver Birch (T1), tree is approximately 15 meters high and is 4. Meters away from the bungalow, due to having co-dominant leaders it is causing bulging within the trunk, stress marks are appearing in the lower area of the trunk with signs of cracking which over time will cause rot to take hold in the V of the fork and eventually the tree will split, the tree is to be removed as it poses as a risk to the property and neighbouring property at 66 Church Street
