T1 Lawson Cypress by front door - Lift canopy by the removal of 10 lowest branches. T2 Lawson Cypress by conservatory - Lift lower dying branches and selected branches. T3 Holly - Reduce group of hollies down by 3m and level across, remove low drooping branches.

T1 Beech - Cut back spread on house side above conservatory by approximately 3 - 3.5m. Raise to clear roof by approximately 1.5m, taper into remainder of canopy to shape T2 Ash - Cut back above conservatory by approximately 2.5m T4 Eucalyptus - Fell

T1 - Blue cedar (next to main gates see pictures) - removal to ground level - this tree has outgrown its location and is causing damage to walls and a new driveway T2 - Leyllandii - removal to ground level due to the proximity to the conservatory and the house - it has outgrown its location T3 - Blue cedar (2) - removal of blue cedar to ground level due to it's close proximity to the conservatory and the house - it has outgrown its location T4 - Leyllandii - to be reduced by 1.5 metres (see pictures with red line to show) - this is to keep it under control and reduce the risk of it needing to be removed in the future (this will then be secured to stop any further spreading with a ratchet strap) T5 - Pine - removal to ground level due to close proximity to the summerhouse, it has outgrown its location and is ivy covered

T1 Quercus robur (English oak) adjacent to neighbouring property, overhanging the right side drive - Reduce the mid to lower crown overhanging the drive back to the vicinity of previous pruning points removing no more than 2m from 6m to 4m. G2 Betula pendula (Silver birch) and Aesculus hippocastanum (Horse chestnut) adjacent to car park in the central woodland area - Reduce in height and average radial spread to the vicinity of previous reduction points removing no more than 2m from 16m to 14m in height and from 5m to 3m in spread. S1 Prunus laurocerasus (Cherry laurel) on left side of driveway - Trim/reduce overhang back to .5m before the wall. T3 Quercus robur (English oak) on left side overhanging the conservatory, located in No. 16/17 Mavelstone Close - Reduce overhang over the conservatory by no more than 2.5m from 5m to 3m. T4 Quercus robur (English oak) adjacent to T3, located in No. 16/17 Mavelstone Close - Reduce declining section at the top northern side of the tree by approximately 2.5m from 19m down to 16.5m. T5 Quercus robur (English oak) on rear left corner of the property - Reduce overhang back from the building by approximately 2.5m from 7m to 4.5m.

T2 Holm Oak - Selective prune to reduce overhang to conservatory and clear building and utility cables by approx 1.5 m T3 Yew - Remove to ground level T4 Spruce - Crown lift to approx 1 m above fence line

Fell Ash tree in our back garden that is suffering from ash die-back and dangerously overhanging onto Malton Road. One branch broke off Saturday 3rd June 2023 landing on road. This requires urgent approval and tree works. Ash tree bordering our neighbours at 1Malton Road requires urgent pruning as branches dangerously overhanging their conservatory plus tree is taking sun away from their garden. HAR/CA21.

WELTON CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 2 no. Western Red Cedar trees (T1 & T2) due to close proximity to the house and conservatory, with steps, retaining wall and lawn being damaged, and is causing extensive shade

SOUTH CAVE E CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 1 no. Sycamore tree (T1) as it has outgrown its location and is in close proximity to neighbour's house/conservatory with possible future rooting problems

Fell 1 x Tree of Heaven, due to being a mature tree in the wrong place, with roots entering main drain, diseased, close to power lines, branches falling off, too close to conservatory, undermining patio and close to the house foundations.
