G1. Sycamore X 4 close to fence and garage - crown reduce trees by 2-3m - Section 211 notice

Crown reduction of approx 15% and crown lifting to a height of approx 2 metres to four trees adjacent to neighbour's fence and garage to prevent branches from contacting neighbour's property, and in addition to allow more light into that part of the garden. Trees to be reduced are T1 (Lime), T2 (London Plane), T3 (Lime) and T4 (Lime), all situated along the perimeter of the property and overhanging the neighbour's property. All trees were planted at the same time and are approx 15m high and 1m from neighbouring property.

Notification of intention to remove 2 no. lowest laterals (10-15cm diameters) on the northern sector, reduce north sector to give a 2m gap from the adjacent garage roof and reduce east by 1m (back from wooden boundary fence line on the east side of the footpath) on 1 no. London Plane (T45). Reduce north sectors to give a 2m gap from the adjacent garage roof, crown lift by up to 3m (above ground level) and crown thin by 10% on 1 no. Lime tree (T62) and 1 no. Sorbus spp. tree (T63).

Ref 1 - Chestnut - Request to Remove - Tree Surgeon has advised that this tree has been allowed to grow too large for its location and is now casting a large shadow over the neighbours house. Ref 2 - Common Ash - Request to Remove - Tree Surgeon has advised that this tree was pollarded by previous owners and is now showing signs of rot and is very brittle. A large branch was found in the garden when we moved in in Sept 2022 very near the neighbours garage. Others branches are splintering. Ref 3 - Common Ash - Request to Remove - This tree has been planted on top of a mound of earth and allowed to grow slanted. This tree is now leaning towards the fence and neighbours garage. Concerned that this will cause damage in future.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area: Front Garden - T1 Willow Tree - Re-polllard to previous points approx 4m reduction. T2 Walnut Tree - reduce by 2-3m overall, crown lift over drive way up to 5m. Rear Garden-Right hand Side T3 Willow Tree - Reduce by 2-3m overall. T4 Willow Tree - Reduce by 3m overall T5 Willow Tree - Reduce lowest branch over the lawn area by half approx. 4-5m. T6 Sycamore Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is rubbing on fence and will never be a specimen Tree as it struggles for light under the large Weeping Willow which has caused all the growth to be overhanging the Neighbours land. T7 Willow Tree - Reduce by 3-4m overall. Rear Garden - Left Hand Side T8 Apple Tree and T9 Conifer -Fell to ground level as poor specimens tall and thin and covered in Ivy. T10 Cherry Tree - Reduce by 3m overall - to control size of Tree and give good clearance to Village Hall. T11 Cherry Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is no specimen due to its location under the Larger Cherry Tree, it leans towards the Village Hall and is touching the roof, all growth is over the boundary line. T12 Cherry Tree Reduce by 3-3.5m overall, remove the lowest branch on the Village Hall side back to the trunk. Reduce to control size of Tree, remove branch as an obstruction on the Village Hall side for Vehicles etc. T13 5 Hazel Trees- Reduce to leave at 3m above ground level. T14 Apple Tree - Reduce by 3-4m - Tree has become too dominant in this area by the side of the Garage, reduce to control size and reduce liability risk of limb failure.

T1 Neighbours Sycamore - Cut back lateral boughs over garden by 3m to within 2m from fence. T2 Neighbours Oak - Remove 1 small low bough. T3 Neighbours Oak - Cut back lateral boughs to within 1m from fence. T4 Spruce - Remove low boughs to clear head height. T5 Walnut - Cut back lateral branches by 2m to clear garage by 1m. T6 Oak - Lift low branches over road to clear 5m.

T1 Oak tree to the rear of 6 Oakwood Close Raise the canopy to a height of approximately 12 metres above ground level. T2 Horse Chestnut tree to the rear of White Ladies Remove the very low branches hanging over the drive and garage to the rear of 6 Oakwood Close to a height of approximately 8 metres above ground level. T3 Yew trees to the rear of White Ladies which are pushing against the fence of 6 Oakwood Close crown raise the side of the tree facing 6 Oakwood close to a height of approximately 8 metres above ground level.

We would like to have 2 x trees removed at 34 Scartho Road, Grimsby, DN33 2AD in our back garden at the back of our garage in order to have a fence put up for privacy and due to structural damage being continuously caused to our garage. As shown in the supporting photograph.

T1 Portuguese Laurel - fell to ground level to allow more light to the garden; T2 Magnolia tree - all over reduction of 25% to allow more light into the garden; T3 Lawson Cypress - overhanging onto the garage roof, cut back to fence line

Norway Maple (T1) Prune back overhanging branches to boundary to a height of 2m above garage roof; Lawson Cypress (T2) Fell; Holly, Lawson Cypress, Elder, Laurel and Ivy (G1) Raise crowns to 6m over the carriageway and 3m over the footpath; Firethorn and Holly (G2) Cut back hard, to driveway edge; Lawson cypress (G3) Fell; Lawson cypress, Yew and Mock Orange (G4) Prune to clear fence by 0.5m.
