T11 Cherry Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is no specimen due to its location under the Larger Cherry Tree, it leans towards the Village Hall and is touching the roof, all growth is over the boundary line. T12 Cherry Tree Reduce by 3-3.5m overall, remove the lowest branch on the Village Hall side back to the trunk. Reduce to control size of Tree, remove branch as an obstruction on the Village Hall side for Vehicles etc. T13 5 Hazel Trees- Reduce to leave at 3m above ground level. T14 Apple Tree - Reduce by 3-4m - Tree has become too dominant in this area by the side of the Garage, reduce to control size and reduce liability risk of limb failure.

Norway Maple (T1) Prune back overhanging branches to boundary to a height of 2m above garage roof; Lawson Cypress (T2) Fell; Holly, Lawson Cypress, Elder, Laurel and Ivy (G1) Raise crowns to 6m over the carriageway and 3m over the footpath; Firethorn and Holly (G2) Cut back hard, to driveway edge; Lawson cypress (G3) Fell; Lawson cypress, Yew and Mock Orange (G4) Prune to clear fence by 0.5m.

Reason: Direct damage to garage foundations and fencing.To permit repair of the garage and replacement of a missing length of fencing to the rear.To remove dead and diseased stems (Hymenoscyphus fraxineus). To remove supressed, short lived stems and maintain better form trees including lime, oak and chestnut. To retain amenity and screening.

Reason for works: Good aboricultural practice managing the trees in proportion with their surroundings maximising amenity value. Some of the work listed is management of neglected hedges etc in the front garden above the house: T1 - Yew, 1m shorten laterally and reduce height to match, T2 - split Conifer, fell and stump grind, T3 - Golden Conifer In front of house towards drive, trim growth from faces and reduce height by a metre, T4 - Reduce crown of Cherry by appx 6 metres to suitable growth points, T5 - Cherry downhill along fence-line from driveway in front garden, reduce to previous points shortening by appx 6metres beyond this, T6 Holly: reduce by appx 4metres to height of elder in front and fell elder Lower garden working along the boundary. T7 - reduce large Laurels down to the height of the Cob Nuts (3m), T8 in front and then halve the height of the cobnuts (to 1.5m), also removing the dead Laurel, T11 top of garden, along from studio, reduce Cobs by half (to 1.5m) T12 Mulberry- Gentle reduction of a appx 1-2metre of lateral spread, to tighten shape, crown clean and gently lift and also remove any deadwood front garage: T14 - Yew adjacent, reduce crown shortening by up to two metres, Cob Nut alongside, reduce height fifty percent (to1.5m) and cut back from garage T15 Holly, reduce laterally to give a foot clearance away from the garage and trim height, continue this along the drive side Holly hedging

T1 - Horse Chestnut: Fell because Roots are undermining garage foundations - no replacement tree to be planted due to existing trees proximity to Garage foundations; T2 - on western boundary : Pollard due to excessive shading; T3 -on southern boundary: remove top part of tree down to level of adjoining roof line due to excessive shading; T4 - on southern boundary: remove top part of tree to two metres above fence due to excessive shading; T5 -on southern boundary: remove top part of tree to two metres above fence due to excessive shading.

G2 Area of Box hedging in south-east corner of property - Cut hard back to approx 10cm from ground. T1 Small Malus on southern boundary behind Box - Remove 2 branches towards fence. Reduce remaining tree to shape and tidy. Reduce Pyrocanther behind to shape and tidy. T2 Large Malus at front of Box area - Remove secondary stem leaning towards garage. Prune to reduce remaining tree by approx 0.5m to shape and tidy. S1 Additional Pyrocanter on southern boundary - Trim hard back to shape and tidy. T3 Large Arbutus adjacent to Acer on north side of Box area - Reduce by approx 2-3m.

T2 Robinia on left hand side of garage entrance - Reduce height and radial spread of canopy by up to 2m, including the removal of one limb hanging low to ground. T6 Plum in enclosed rear garden - Reduce height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 2m and shape accordingly. Remove one lowest limb extending towards boundary fence. G1 Holly and Hazel on right hand boundary - Reduce height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 2m and shape accordingly. Remove major deadwood from Holly. G2 Plum trees x3 on rear right hand boundary - Reduce overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 3m, cutting back to appropriate growing points where possible. Remove major deadwood. Re-shape and cut back from neighbouring garden of one smaller Plum.
