Front garden - T1 False Acacia (Robinia pseudoacacia) - Reduce the second lowest branch growing towards the upstairs window back to the fence line - Remove the lowest secondary branch growing towards the downstairs window

(1) Cutting back the bordering trees all-round the site to the fence line marked A, B & C on the sketch, (2) Re pollarding 2 ash trees either side of delivery gate marked 1 & 2 on the sketch, (3) Crown lifting all trees over footpaths to 3M & over road to 5M full length of property marked 4 on the sketch, (4) Tree near office marked 5 on sketch, prune back from windows/building by 2M and crown lift to 3M, (5) Crown lift to 3M all trees adjacent to carpark marked 4 on sketch and remove all epicormic growth from bottom of trees, and (6) Cut out line of site for rear right CCTV camera in far-right rear corner of carpark marked 6 on the sketch by pruning corner trees back to fence border.

1 - Magnolia - Cut down and remove root. Large tree over 8m x 8m. The branches spread up to the house and restrict access to back door. It is far too big for its position near the house. Mature height 9m. 2 - Yew Tree - Cut down and remove root. It is 7.2m x 2m tall, near the house and blocking light bedroom and kitchen windows. Mature height 12m. 3 - Sitka Spruce Tree - Cut down and remove root. This is a large tree which is only going to grow more. It is within 1.5m of the house. We have a raised bump in the kitchen floor which may be a root from the tree. Generally we feel this is too near the house and is affecting the foundations. Mature height 18m. 4 - Leyandi Cypress- Cut down and remove root. Medium sized tree 6m x 2m. This is in the wrong place and will grow up 20m. We wish to use this space by the fence to plant shrubs and a herbaceous border. Our house grade 2 listed built in 1600's so the foundations are not deep so our concern is that large mature trees could affect the foundations. We also are keen to increase the light into the house as the large trees are blocking the light as shown in the photos provided. We hope to replant the area with shrubs and herbs in keeping with the house.

We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

T1 Oak (Quercus robur)-Crown Reduction reduce height by up to (2-3m) and lateral spread on all sides by up to (2.5-3m), to finished crown T2 Apple (Malus sp) Crown Reduction reduce height by up to (2m) and lateral spread on all sides by up to (1m), to finished crown T3- Yew (Taxus baccata) Cut Back Prune back to boundary fence line by removing approximately 2-3m back to suitable branch/fork junction G1 Hedge reduce- Reduce height by approximately 3-4m (inline with height of ground floor of window) and trim remaining by 0.5m hard back as possible without losing green foliage cover T4 Crown Reduction reduce height by up to (1-2m) and lateral spread on all sides by up to (1-2m), back to suitable branch/fork junction

H1 Leylandii Hedge - Dismantle to near ground level the first x3 trees along fence rear corner of house. G1 Lawson Cypress x2 - Reduce by approximately 5m to window height G2 Conifers x3 - Dismantle to near ground level, G3 Conifers x2 - Dismantle to near ground level. H2 Conifers x4, by parking - Dismantle to near ground level

5 Sycamore Trees, 2 Holly Trees emoval of trees due to excesssive shading to allow light to the windows of the property and to reinstate the boundary fence of our property. Trees will be felled and disposed of on our property. A boundary fence will be re-instated between the access to 8 craft Lane and our boundary.

H.2 Cypress hedge - Reduce all to approx 7m tall (halfway up first floor window on side of house) and face up inside and crown lift to height of fence by removal of low growth up to 2" dia only. T.3 Cherry - 3m Holistic crown reduction to suitable growth points.

Eucalyptus tree - fell because it is growing very fast in an unsuitable position ie. at the base of the fence onto the street. As a result it is growing at an angle towards the house and being very flexible bangs against our windows whenever there is a strong wind. We would like to remove it and replace it with an ornamental cherry of about 20cm width trunk, planted a little away from the fence. We believe an indigenous tree would be more appropriate, and also one that will remain at a manageable size.

G1 - Mixed Species - Overhang from red brick pier adjacent chain link fence near main gate to oak tree near south east end of car parking area - using MEWP, cut any overhang to car park back to boundary or to main stem if tree originated from school side of fence. Fell and poison oak tree near south east end of car parking area. T2 - Common Lime (Tilia x europaea) - Remove deadwood T3 - Common Lime (Tilia x europaea) - Make new pollard @7m from ground level. Final height 7m and spread 4m. T4 Common Lime (Tilia x europaea) - Fallen, hung up tree - Remove from adjacent tree, cut up and clear. T5 English Oak (Quercus robur) - Remove deadwood over field. Remove two subordinate stems drowning from base. Raise remaining crown through removal of remaining low limbs up to height of 4m. G6 Mixed species - Jungle area - remove major deadwood from larger trees present. Approx 8 trees. Large twin stem Syc in south east corner of area - cut back from neighbours chimney and 3rd floor window.
